to explore patterns of innate immune activation by human pathogenic viruses using machine learning. We aim to predict strategies for targeted therapeutic immune modulation in viral and auto-inflammatory diseases and develop an in depth understanding of novel virus-sensing paradigms. - a doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in Molecular Medicine, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Bioinformatics or related subjects
- interest in self-motivated work and solving complex scientific problems
- excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of German is not essential)
