- Financial administration including reporting, budget allocation, expense review, claims reimbursement
- Reconcile budgets and authorize payments
- Human resource management of local and international staff members
- Legal administration including contract processing (e.g. research agreements, staff agreements, license agreements)
- Maintain strong relationships between the local project administration and sponsor
- Coordinate with and support the event manager during the bi-annual plenary meeting (approx. 1.000 participants from all over the world)

Your Profile:
- Completed (university) degree, ideally in Business Administration, international management or similar
- Professional experience in project management is an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Organisational, analytical and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced skills using Excel to develop tracking and budget/invoicing spreadsheets
- Proactive, creative problem solver and open to innovative solutions
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility as well as a high level of commitment
- Highly developed English skills in speaking and writing; other European languages a plus
- CV should be submitted in English
